&COLLAB FOUNDER

Meet Linka Cameron.

Armed with a MSc in Food Science from Stellenbosch University, Linka started her food career as a NPD Technologist in 2009. She worked her way up to Group Managing Director of EFRC Holdings and now brings 14 years of experience at Elgin Free Range Chickens to &collab clients. Linka believes in the importance of developing both systems and teams to prepare companies for growth.

  • My previous role in corporate was as the MD of EFRC Holdings where I have been with the Elgin Free Range Chickens group of companies for 14 years. Throughout my career at EFRC, I have been focused on developing both systems and teams to prepare the company for growth. One of my proudest moments and processes I have enjoyed most in my career, giving me the most joy, was working with my executive team and our mid management team, to transition from a family-owned business model to an investor-funded business model, which was successfully completed in November 2021.

    After successfully exiting EFRC Holdings in January 2023, I founded &collab, a consultancy firm for small to medium founder managed businesses, in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, where we empower founders to delegate operational functions, transform their businesses, and achieve meaningful growth.

    As coach I work with founders, CEOs, MDs, Executives and Leadership teams of these businesses.
