Corporate Governance is important for any size business and covers Company Purpose (Strategy & Direction and Organisational Culture), Accountability for Performance (Effective Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement), Sustainability (Shareholder Returns and Risk Management/Compliance) and Conformance (Financial Results and Evaluation & Improvement). As part of our onboarding and together with the Initial Business Assessment we will cover the Ideal Corporate Governance Standards for your business with you.
Founding a board can be truly transformational for yourself as founder and your business, and with a great chair at the head of the board, the admin part of the governance can be managed effectively and creatively. A board with diverse directors and what they bring to the table can also help with that, with exec management / founder accountability as a great outcome.
We can also explore the process of implementing an advisory board or board of directors, which will support your business with corporate governance and accountability.

Monthly finance management meetings chaired effectively and with an agenda is transformational for any business. It also gives you the opportunity and accountability to analyse your finance packs (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow forecast, age analysis, etc.) together with other factors that have an impact on your business (such as HR matters, product development, sales strategy, etc.). We will support you in getting the structure in place together with a goal setting framework (Objectives Key Results) and company dashboard with key business metrics.
